Submission of Data of Principal/VP/PGT/TGT for Evaluation Work 2011

On-line submission of Data

Evaluation is an important and crucial activity in the examination system and the Board appoints CNS/HE/Examiners from the data of teachers provided by the schools. Till last year the RO Delhi was accepting data through manual forms, but from this year this form has been made online and same is available on CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in which may be filled with due care. You can fill up the proforma with your existing username and password which you have used for filling up the details of Class IX/XI and XII students. While submitting the data on line, the following points may please be followed.

  1. The names of teachers retired/transferred/left the service may not be included in the list.
  2. The subject and subject code of teaching subject should be correctly checked and mentioned in the appropriate column.
  3. The experience of teaching class X and class XII should be written separately in the relevant column and in no case merged with each other.
  4. The residential addresses should be mentioned with PIN CODE.
  5. It may please be ensured that teachers in r/o all subjects being taught in the school and for which the candidates are being sponsored by the school for 2011 Exams are included in the statement.

Once the data is filled up a list may be generated on line and same may be forwarded duly certified by the Principal to the CBSE R.O. Delhi alongwith LOC of Class X/XII.

During past few years, the Board is facing shortage of qualified staff as some schools are not co-operating in providing the adequate No. of teachers vis-a-vis the total No. of teachers available in their school and students being sponsored for class Xth/Xllth Exams. The matter has been viewed seriously by the Board and it has been decided that the LOC for Class Xth/Xllth will be accepted from CBSE schools only after this data is submitted by the schools. In this connection your attention is invited to the provisions of Exam/Affiliation bye laws of the Board according to which it is mandatory on the part of the schools to provide the building, furniture, teachers and other infrastructure for the conduct of Examination, to act as Centre Superintendent/Chief Nodal Supervisor/Head Examiner/Examiner for spot evaluation.

I hope that you will extend your whole hearted support for smooth and successful conduct of Board’s Sr. /Sec. School Examination, 2011. In case of any query please feel free to contact Shri Shyam Kapoor, Section Officer (Conf.) at Phone No.011-22236174
