Centre for Assessment, Evaluation and Research

The Central Board of Secondary Education (the Board), an autonomous
organization under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India,
intends to establish “Centre for Assessment, Evaluation and Research” (the Centre)
through public private participation (PPP) to develop international capabilities and
resources for its schools and teachers.
The Board invites tender under “Two Bid System” -Technical and
Commercial – for selection of suitable private partner to establish the Centre. The
agency/organization (the Bidder) should be “not-for-profit organization” and fulfil
the technical pre-requisite and other evaluation criteria of the first stage (the Technical
Bid) to be eligible for participation in the second stage of the Bidding Process (the
commercial Bid).
The interested bidders may apply by downloading the form from the website.
A demand draft of Rs.2000/- drawn in favour of the Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi
should be enclosed with the technical bid.
The details, terms and conditions, scope of work along with the tender form
are available on the Board’s website www.cbse.nic.in. The last date for the applying
is 18.07.2011.
